Why we exist
India has over 60 million community dogs. Most of them live without consistent care, access to vets, or a safety net of any kind. The people helping them — independent feeders, local rescuers, small community groups — do extraordinary work with no visibility and no stable funding.
Desiwoof exists to close that gap. We built infrastructure so that kindness can scale. So that a feeder in Chennai can get funded. So that a rescue in Delhi can reach a vet in time. So that anyone helping animals has a system behind them — not just goodwill.
